Throughout his extensive international career, he has served as an entrepreneur and CEO in various companies across Switzerland, other European countries, and Mexico. Most recently, he served as CEO of Zurich Sotheby's International Realty for six years.
Dr. iur. Zheni Luks
CEO
Dr. iur. Zheni Luks is responsible for the operational leadership of ÉQUITAZ. She has worked at the University of Zurich and at the law firm Reetz Sohm Rechtsanwälte, which specializes in construction and real estate law. Most recently, she served as Head of Legal and Investments at Zurich Sotheby’s International Realty, where she successfully completed various projects and real estate transactions.
Manuel Neiss

Manuel Neiss is responsible for potential analyses, project calculations and development of investment scenarios for ÉQUITAZ properties. As a self-employed architect, he has several years of professional experience in providing comprehensive architectural services, particularly in the areas of property valuation and project development.
